Managing Change

Duration:  4 hrs                        Cost: £45

This programme focuses on the perspective of the individual - what change looks and feels like and how best to approach it by focusing on the stages we go through in coming to terms with change.  It is based on the work of grief therapists and encompasses the view that  human beings faced with sudden change of any kind are likely to experience a sense of loss or grief.  It will benefit individuals who are experiencing change or those  who are responsible for introducing it - particularly relevant in organisations where introducing change has aroused strong feelings among the workforce.
