Coaching

Coaching can be done with a combination of face-to-face meetings and the use of the telephone.  A coaching session is typically 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Coaching enhances performance within a framework of an agreed number of sessions spanning several months.  It involves a relationship between you and your coach that’s tailored to your needs.  You determine the goals and your coach helps you formulate them in such a way that they have every chance of being achieved.  You are supported to stay focused in working towards those goals.  It is a way of helping you to discover where you want to go and how to get there.  What do you want and what are you going to do to achieve it.
